"Inspiring women to design their lives in deep connection with themselves as truly suits them - that is my passion. Balancing one's own feminine and masculine aspects - that is my focus."

Nadine Spitzley

I am a woman.

I am a daughter, sister, and mother. I am a granddaughter, aunt, and godmother. I am a lover, ex-wife, and widow. I am a partner, friend, and confidante. I am a student and teacher, seeker and finder.I am a woman. I am a daughter, sister, and mother. I am a granddaughter, aunt, and godmother. I am a lover, ex-wife, and widow. I am a partner, friend, and confidante. I am a student and teacher, seeker and finder.

I am just like you, a woman of this time, this society.

You and I are different particles of the female collective. We are different expressions of the feminine pole, separate yet united.

Welcome sister!

My name is
Nadine Spitzley.

Attached to a gynecological practice, I have been working as a women's coach in Zurich since 2015, giving lectures, offering workshops and retreats, and I have just written my first book, which will be published in 2024.

Originally, I studied architecture and worked in design and communication, turning in my mid-thirties to the field that truly excites me: the understanding of people on many levels. I am a mother of two sons (17 and 21), was married to their father for 17 years, who died shortly after our amicable divorce. For eight years, I have been in a relationship with my new partner, and together we are part of a large blended family.

Every woman is unique and yet there are collective patterns,

that are individually expressed in our lives and thus of interest to us all. Being a woman differs from being a man. Recognizing this and expressing it in our own way is an important piece of the puzzle for our personal happiness.

It is close to my heart,

I love what I do and I live what I teach.

through my being and doing to reach as many women as possible, to excite them about themselves, to unleash their self-love, and to empower them to shape their lives authentically and joyfully, just as it suits them.

I guide my coaching clients through various personal crises. Often these involve relationship issues, job-related stress and overload, frustration, exhaustion, or perplexity of all kinds.

Many of their issues are familiar to me from personal experience: panic attacks, love sorrows, sexual dissatisfaction, communication problems, excessive self-demand, burnout, illness, loss of a loved one, and much more.
